Content & Platform Policy (Terms + DMCA)

This Policy governs your access to and use of the Freestyle TV service (the “Service”), including any uploads, submissions, streams, chat, and administrative tools. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1) Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access at any time for policy violations or risk to the Service.

2) User uploads: your responsibilities and representations

When you upload, submit, or otherwise provide content (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

• You own the User Content or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to upload and authorize our use.
• Your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.).
• Your User Content complies with applicable law and this Policy.

3) License grant to operate the Service

To operate a streaming platform, you grant Freestyle TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, transcode/encode, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, stream, and otherwise make available your User Content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and monetizing the Service. This license includes the right to create technical copies and derivatives necessary for streaming (e.g., HLS segments, thumbnails, previews, re-encodes).

You understand that removal of content may not be immediate and that copies may remain in backups or caches for a limited period.

4) Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload, post, or transmit:

• Copyright-infringing content (including unauthorized music, movies, TV, sports, clips, or compilations).
• Content that violates privacy or publicity rights (doxxing, non-consensual recordings, personal data dumps).
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance; may be reported to authorities).
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or trafficking-related content.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or instructions for wrongdoing.
• Hate speech targeting protected groups or harassment/bullying designed to harm.
• Illegal goods/services, fraud/scams, or malware/technical abuse.
• Spam, automated scraping, or behavior that interferes with the Service (DDoS, credential stuffing, bypassing limits).

5) Moderation and removal

We may (but are not obligated to) review, moderate, restrict, disable access to, remove, or delete User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected infringement, policy violations, safety, or risk management.

6) Copyright and DMCA takedown process

We respect copyright law and respond to valid takedown notices consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable.

To submit a DMCA notice, email dmca@bars24seven.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material to be removed (URL(s) on our Service) and enough information to locate it.
• Your name, address (optional), telephone number (optional), and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice: If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the DMCA-required elements. We may forward notices/counter-notices to the relevant parties.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREESTYLE TV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freestyle TV and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of this Policy or any law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

10) Jurisdiction and venue

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, this Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the effective date of the current version. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
